Day 71 of 2009 Project 100. The great Japanese painter, Hokusai, first painted “The Great Wave.” The imagery of that painting and the majesty of the wave overtaking the fisherman on boat has stuck with me. Hokusai has been known to have created thousands works of art. That inspires me.
Currently, this painting is being displayed at the 3rd Street Flats in McMinnville, Oregon as featured art for one of their rental units themed, “Cultured”.
